서비스 이용약관
제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 ［pupuland］(이하 “회사”)가 운영하는 온라인 상점에서 제공하는 상품 판매 및 제반 서비스 이용에 관하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.제2조 (정의)
- “이용자” : 본 약관에 동의하고 회사가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 자
- “회원” : 회사에 개인정보를 등록하고 지속적으로 서비스를 이용하는 자

제5조 (계약 성립)
구매 계약은 이용자의 주문 신청에 대해 회사가 주문 확인 통지를 발송함으로써 성립합니다.제6조 (대금 지급)
이용자는 신용카드, 계좌이체, 기타 회사가 지정한 방법으로 대금을 지급합니다.제7조 (배송 서비스)
- 회사는 주문 확인 후 정해진 기일 내에 상품을 발송합니다.
- 배송은 우체국 EMS를 통해 제공되며, 배송비·소요기간은 상품 페이지에 별도 안내합니다.
제8조 (환불 및 교환)
- 품질 이상이 있을 경우 고객센터로 문의하여 환불 받으실 수 있습니다.
- 단, 사용자 자신의 책임으로 인한 손해는 환불이 불가능할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (개인정보 보호)
회사는 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하며, 개인정보처리방침을 별도 운영합니다.제10조 (이용자의 의무)

제11조 (면책)
- 천재지변 등 불가항력 시 회사의 책임이 면제됩니다.

제12조 (분쟁 해결)
